Situation, Problems and Countermeasures of Agricultural Skillful Talents Team Construction
摘要
Abstract
It was described that agricultural skillful talents developed rapidly and the quality improved increasingly. The macro environment of agricultural skillful talents improved constantly and their income increasing obviously. Some problems were summarized such as the quantity shortage, the knowledge skills aging, the structure unreasonable, the high quality talents serious shortage, the cultivation mechanism relatively backward. Several countermeasures were put forward, such as improving the selection, evaluation and incentive mechanism of agricultural skillful talents team, formulating relevant legal documents, optimizing the multi-channel input mechanism, and actively exploring the diversity training way of agricultural skillful talents.关键词
