摘要
Abstract
The significance and problems in cross-border mergers and acquisitions of Chinese township and village enterprises were expounded. The model of cross-border mergers and acquisition of rural companies and human resource integration was constructed. Ways to improve human resource integration in township and village enterprises and cross-border mergers and acquisitions were proposed, such as formulating scientific and reasonable personnel integration plan, perfecting human resources merge system, strengthening communication, conducting cross-culture management, focusing on psychological counseling and establishing stimulus measures.关键词
