摘要

Abstract

[Objective] To establish a new method for the determination of ash in tobacco and tobacco products. [Method] 1.0 g tobacco powder sample was weighed and placed in a quartz fibre crucible. It was ignited at 500 °C in microwave muffle furnace for 20 min, weighed accurately after cooled to room temperature and calculated. [ Result] The results of this method were fitted with the traditional method, and the ignition time was reduced from 60 to 20 min. RSD was ranged from 1. 01% to 1. 58% . Because of auto-discharge system of instrument, the gas of podzolic process was discharged continuously and the environment safety of laboratory was ensured. [ Conclusion ] A simple and fast method for the determination of ash in tobacco and tobacco products was supplied.
