碘盐对杜氏盐藻生长和品质的影响
Effect of Iodized Salt on the Growth and Quality of Dunaliella salina
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] This paper aimed to study the effects of iodized salt on the growth and quality of D. Salina. [ Method] The D. Salina was treated by different concentration KI and KIO3, and then the content of chlorophyll a, β-carotene, soluble protein, iodine in vivo and the changes of dry weight were detected. [ Result ] The growth of D. Salina was inhibited by 0.5 - 5.0 g/L KI, the contents of chlorophyll a and soluble protein and the dry weight were increased by different concentration KIO3, and the increase level was the largest at 0. 5 g/L KIO3. Compared to the control,the dry weight.the chlorophyll a content, β-carotene content and iodine content in vivo were increased by 42% ,65% , 48% and 430% by 0.5 g/LKIO3. [Conclusion] The KI inhibited the growth of D. Salina, the KIO3 increased the growth and the content of bioactive substances in D. Salina.关键词
