钩藤的化学成分研究
Study on the Chemical Constituents of RAMULUS UNCARIAE CUM UNCIS
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To study the chemical constituents of RAMULUS UNCARIAE CUM UNCIS. [Method] The chemical compounds in RAMULUS UNCARIAE CUM UNCIS were isolated and purified by column chromatography. And their structures were identified by their physi-cochemical properties and spectral analysis. [Result] Five compounds-were isolated and identified as ursolic acid, β-sitosterol, β-deucoste-rol, corynoxine and rhynch-ophylline. [Conclusion] The research analyzed the chemical constituents of RAMULUS UNCARIAE CUM UNCIS, which provided references for the further exploitation and utilization of RAMULUS UNCARIAE CUM UNCIS resources.关键词
