The Countermeasure and Problem in the Safeguard of Consumer' s Access to Information
摘要
Abstract
The conflict between consumer's access to information and business secretes and the solution were expounded such as, revising laws to make consumer' s access to information more scientific, setting relevant laws by the supreme court and formulating concrete contents in the application of law in terms of judicial interpretation. When the formulation of law was imperfect, we need to solve conflict based on equal and reasonable basic law.关键词
