The paper analyzed the problems in the development of rural banks in Heilongjiang Province and proposed the countermeasures to accelerate the development of Heilongjiang rural banks, such as making elear the market position, improving the personnel quality, strengthening the propagation, establishing risks management mechanism and perfecting the monitoring system.关键词
