Abstract
The problems in rural knowledge service and the\ capacity of rural knowledge service personnel were discussed and suggestions on the construction of rural knowledge service team in China were proposed, such as improving the management system, practicing seniority admittance, enhancing the training, providing the funds, using personnel resources and actively mobilizing social power.关键词
