WWOX与c-jun在胃癌中表达及其临床意义

Abstract
To investigate the expression and clinical significance of WWOX and c-jun genes in gastric cancer. Methods The expression of WWOX and c-jun proteins were detected in 60 tissues samples of gastric cancer and corresponding normal tissue by immunohistochemical SP method. Results The positive expression rate of WWOX protein in gastric cancer was 28. 3 % , which was significantly lower than that in corresponding normal tissue 81. 7%( P <0. 01 ). The positive expression rate of c-jun protein in gastric cancer was 68. 3% , which was significantly higher than that in corresponding normal tissue 23. 3%( P <0. 01 ). The expression of WWOX protein was correlated with the degree of tumor differentiation( P < 0. 05 ), but there was no correlation with other clinical pathological parameters. The expression of c-jun protein was correlated with depth of invasion, lymph node metasta-sis( P < 0. 05 ). The expression of c-jun and WWOX proteins were correlated. Conclusion The expression of WWOX and c-jun proteins are detected both in gastric cancer and in corresponding normal tissue, but there is notable difference. The expression of WWOX protein in gastric cancer is low, but the expression of c-jun protein in gastric cancer is high. So using WWOX genes or antagonist c-jun genes may be a kind of effective gene therapy methods to treat gastric cancer.关键词
