瑞舒伐他汀对实验性动脉粥样硬化兔动脉平滑肌细胞骨桥蛋白表达的影响
Effect of rosuvastatain on expression of osteopontin in the artery wall of atherosclerotic rabbits
摘要
Abstract
To study the effect of rosuvastatain on expression of osteopontin( OPN ) in the artery wall of atherosclerotic( AS ) rabbits. Methods The rabbit model of AS was induced by a high-cholesterol diet. We observed the structure of arteries by hematoxylin-eosin( HE ) staining. OPN expression was detected by Western blot and immunohistochemical methods. Results The AS model was established successfully. The expression of OPN in the artery of high-lipid diet group increased markedly compared with that of control group. After treated with rosuvastatain in 12 weeks, the expression of OPN decreased compared with that of high-lipid diet group. Meanwhile, the HE staining indicated the foam cells products increased. Conclusion Rosuvastatain may decrease the expression of OPN, overexpression of OPN plays an important role in the AS.关键词
