摘要
Abstract
To investigate the differential expression of COX-2, RAR-β2 in malignant and normal esophageal tissues, elucidate its correlation to some clinicopathologic parameters of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and evaluate its clinic significance. Methods The expression of COX-2, RAR-β2 in 33 specimens of ESCC and corresponding noncancerous tissues were detected by real-time fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction, and the relationship between COX-2, RAR-β2 and pathology of ESCC was further demonstrated. Results The expression of RAR-β2 of ESCC was significantly lower than that in normal tissues ( P < 0. 05 ), and was significantly related to the tumor differentiation between the well-moderately and the poorly differentiation tissues( P < 0. 05 ), and was also related to the hot-drinking (T≥70°C ) ( P < 0. 05 ). The expression of COX-2 in ESCC was significantly higher than that in normal tissues( P < 0. 05 ), and was related to the pickled-food ( P < 0. 05 ). They were not related with smoking excessive drinking,and the age and gender of the patients. Conclusion The ESCC is closely related to the expression of COX-2 and RAR-β2.关键词
