31例破裂型腰椎间盘突出症临床分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To summary the treatment methods of ruptured lumbar disc protrusion, so as to provide clinical basis for treatment strategy. Methods Effects of conservative treatments and operation were analyzed by reviewing the clinical data of 31 cases of ruptured lumbar disc protrusion. Results Of 31 patients,27 were treated with conservative treatment, of which none had optimal effect,1 had good effect,2 had fair effects, and 24 had poor effects. Twenty-four patients with poor effects and other 4 patients were treated with operation, of which 14,11,1,and 2 had optimal, good, fair, and poor effects, respectively. Conclusion Operation should be the first choice for ruptured lumbar disc protrusion.关键词
