针灸治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫随机对照试验文献质量评价
Systemic Review on Randomized Controlled Clinical Trials of Acupuncture and Moxibustion for Diabetic Gastroparesis

Abstract
Objective To analyze the quality of literatures of randomized controlled trials (RCTs) of acupuncture and moxibustion for diabetic gastroparesis, in an attempt to provide references for further clinical trials. Methods RCTs literatures of acupuncture and moxibustion for diabetic gastroparesis within recent 30 years were retrieved. The table for information collection and quality evaluation of RCTs were established according to the principles and methods of evidence based medicine (EBM). The included RCTs literatures were evaluated based on EBM. Results A total of 21 RCTs literatures were included according to the inclusion criteria. Some problems were found in evaluating sample size, selecting diagnosis criteria and efficacy criteria, using blind methods and allocation concealment, implementing randomization, describing follow-up results, introducing fell-off and eliminated cases, selecting outcome indexes, observing safety,deducing conclusion, and so on. Conclusion It can't be concluded that acupuncture and moxibustion are superior to other therapies because the RCTs literatures of acupuncture and moxibustion for diabetic gastroparesis have some shortcomings such as small sample size, non strict implementation of EBM-based methods, inconformity of outcome indexes, and so on. It is suggested that some multi-centered clinical trials with large sample size and high quality be further carried out.关键词
