中国高技术产业创新效率研究
An Empirical Research on Innovation Efficiency of China＇s High-tech Industry
摘要
Abstract
Based on the study of the average innovation efficiency of China＇s high-tech industry during 2001-2008,it is found that Tianjin,Fujian,Shanghai,Jiangsu,and Beijing are the top five provinces in the innovation efficiency while Gansu,Jilin,Ningxia,Hubei and Hainan are the bottom five provinces.China＇s high-tech industry was generally low and regionally different,and the output elasticity of R D funds was obviously higher than that of R D staff.Therefore,it is urgent to improve the innovation efficiency of the high-tech industry on the whole,especially that in the central and western regions of China,and promote the balanced development of China＇s high-tech industry.关键词
