The Social Cost of Recurrent Population in Demolishing Urban Villages
摘要
Abstract
Low-rent houses in urban villages provide recurrent population with housing support and remedy certain policy flaws.The demolition brings social cost to recurrent population and puts them in housing trouble,which is not conducive to urban-rural integration.It also reduce the means of subsistence for farmers losing farmland,thus increasing the government＇s financial burden.In order to reduce the social cost of recurrent population in demolishing urban villages,several means should be taken,including transforming the off-site renovation to autochthonous renovation,improving the housing security of relocated renters,and protecting their discourse rights.关键词
