野生竹黄及其深层发酵产物的挥发性成分研究
Studying on the Volatile Constituents for the Wild Shiraia Bambusicola and the Submerged Culture
摘要
Abstract
To compare the non-polar constituents from the submerged culture and the wild,we extract with petroleum and analyze by GC-MS.The results show that the constituents are different in them,and the main constituents are aliphatic compounds.Moreover,(Z)-9-Octadecenamide which extracts from the submerged cultures is higher conspicuously than that from the wild fungi.关键词
