Abstract
The conversion of land can not only improve the disposal efficiency of the limited land re- sources, but also help peasants increase their income and make sustainable use of land, alleviate the ＂SAN nong＂ questions, farmland utilization in Xixiu District influenced by various shows adverse factors, the urgent need to develop agricultural circulation. Based on the show in farmland changing market area subject status, transfer modes single and price confusion on research, analyzes the reasons, and puts forward some Suggestions.关键词
