Abstract
The research pointed problems in P. E teaching of universities, to better teaching and improve teaching effects, set forth the practice of exercise prescription teaching pattern in P. E. teaching of universities. Hoped to provide the available teaching pattern for the implementation of ＂skeleton＂ issued by the Ministry of Education.关键词
