社会主义市场经济中的公共政策价值取向OA
Value Orientation of Public Policy in our Socialist Market Economy
公共政策必须包含着价值取向，这是公共政策的基本问题。只有当公共政策包含着公共利益的价值取向时，才能获得公众对公共政策的信任和支持。但是，不同的价值取向可能会把公共政策引向不同的方向，而不同的社会体制也需要与其相适应的价值取向来引导。文章以社会主义市场经济为背景进行讨论，主要论述了我国现阶段对政策价值取向的两种选择，同时就如何加强政策价值取向中的公平提出了几点建议。
