Abstract
Human resource management is a subject with outstanding characteristic of application. The subject should focus on the capability cultivation in practice and operation. The present paper proposed an open practice model, and discussed the practice teaching of human resource management from several aspects, including traits, relational theory, implement as well as safeguard measures.关键词
