Feeding algorithm for annular mould automatic drill press
摘要
Abstract
Drilling is an important processing for the machining of annular mould, which is a key part of the feed pellet mill machine. We study on the theoretical mechanical model of twist drills, and propose a novel feeding algorithm for automatic drill press based on the experience and requirements in production. Furthermore, the feeding algorithm is optimized using the practice result. The proposed algorithm has been applied to the actual production with more efficiency and quality, and has given a great benefit to the corporation.关键词
