摘要
Abstract
We adopted four DNA extraction methods to extract total microbial DNA from three types of soil,OD260 and OD280 of the DNA extract with the four methods were determined,and were calculated and evaluated synthetically the yield and purity,of the DNA extraction with spectrophotometry.The results showed that the highest DNA yield and DNA purity were obtained by using the improved method.The improved method can be an effective and reliable DNA extraction method for soil microbes.关键词
