Clinical Study on the Correlation of Glucocorticoid Levels with Nephrotic Syndrome
摘要
Abstract
Objective To clarity the relationship of glucocorticoid levels with the incidence and prognosis of patients with nephrotic syndrome.Method Radioimmunoassay method was used to group the objects,30 healthy volunteers and 31 patients with nephrotic syndrome.Results The serum cortisol levels in two group were not significantly different（P〉0.05）,but the serum cortisol levels of patients with nephrotic syndrome with very low plasma albumin levels（〈20 g / L） were lower.The onset of therapeutic effect of glucocoticoid therapy on nephritic syndrome was slower and the 24-hour urine protein levels started to decline on week 4-6 after the treatment.The recovery was negatively correlated with the patients ages,which meant the older the patients were,the slower the onsets of the therapeutic effects were.Conclusion The detection of glucocorticoid levels can help doctors determine early prognosis of nephrotic syndrome,and guide them to treat the patients with the hormone therapy.The patients with nephrotic syndrome with very low plasma serum should be given the therapy early enough,and an early treatment with immunosuppressive agents can be added earlier to reduce the urinary protein and relieve the syndrome as soon as possible if it was necessary.关键词
