Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of phacomulsification on primary acute angle-closure glaucoma（PACG） with cataract.Method Pacoemulisification was performed in 33 patients（35 eyes） with PACG.The best corrected visual acuity（BCVA）,Iop（intraocular pressure）,anterior chamber depth（ACD） and anterior chamber angle width were measured on the 7th day before the operation and after the operation,and 30th day after the operation.Results The visual cases was improved in different extent;the deepening of anterior chamber depth was found;Iop was reduced obviously after the operation,and there was a significant difference between the pre-operation and post-operation in it;the angles examined by gonioscopy after the operation were wider than those before the operation.Conclusion Phacomulsification is an effective therapy for PACG with cataract.关键词
