短跑运动核心力量的作用与训练研究
On Action and Training Methods in Core Strength of Sprinting
摘要
Abstract
Core training is a popular training method.Its main function is to train the object to control the barycenter of the body,stabilize the core parts of it and pass the effective force in the movement to reduce the ineffective work,which can make up for the deficiency of the core area of the body in traditional training.Through the interpretation of core strength,and the discussion on the important role of it in the modern theory of sprint techniques and the relationship of it with the techniques,certain training methods of core strength for sprinting training and the theory about it are proposed so as to provide some theoretical and practical informations for the teaching and training of the sprinting techniques.关键词
