论《北京市水污染防治条例》的创新
On innovation of regulations of Beijing on prevention and control of water pollution
摘要
Abstract
China issued the new revision of the Law of the People＇s Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Water Pollution in 2008. The law is the general provisions for the major problems of water pollution in China, however, the local governments need make regulations to solve the special problems. In Beijing, some clauses such as perfecting the administration system, defining responsibilities of administrative depart- ment, and supplying water in ecological environment are raised in the Regulations of Beijing on and Control of Water Pollution. These clauses such as treatment and disposal of sewage sludge, Prevention wastewater reclamation are also brought to supply legal gaps. Innovation of the regulations can provide reference for legis- lation of other local governments.关键词
