Abstract
Hydrology plays an increasingly important role in servicing capital sustainable use of water resources and sustainable economic and social development. Because of the absence of separate district and county hydrological management agencies and county government support on hydrology district and county hydrology can＇t satisfy the need of economic and social development. By means of analyzing the shortage of existing hydrological management administration, the paper takes hydrological services admin- istration of Daxing explore feasibility function of district tration for looking District （Water Environment Monitoring Center in Daxing District） as an example, to and necessity of establishment of district hydrological administration. Redefine the hydrological institutions, to promote the process of hydrological management adminis- forward to service local economic and practicable social development.关键词
