慢性阻塞性肺疾病常见证候要素对应症状的专家问卷调查研究
Expert questionnaire on corresponding symptoms to common syndrome factors of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Abstract
Objective To determine initially the main corresponding symptoms to common TCM syndrome factors of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) by using expert questionnaire. Methods On the base of previous research, an expert questionnaire was designed and with which a survey was carried out in the experts working in treatment of respiratory system diseases from 20 hospitals and institutes in 8 cities and provinces in the whole country. After the questionnaires were taken back, and the data were managed with Epidata3.1 database and analyzed by using SPSS17.0 statistical software. The coefficient of variation, mean value and cumulative percentage were analyzed after the experts reviewed the importance of main corresponding symptoms to common TCM syndrome factors of COPD, and main corresponding symptoms were determined. Results The survey sent out 89 questionnaires and took back96 that were all effective ones. The callback rate was 100%. According to the review on symptom importance by experts and concentration and coordination of their opinions, cumulative percentage being more than 75% and coefficient of variation being less or equal 0. 40 were taken as the principle for determining the main corresponding symptoms to common TCM syndrome factors. There were 24 corresponding symptoms of syndrome factors related to disease locations and 79 related to diseases nature determined initially. Conclusion The main corresponding symptoms to common TCM syndrome factors of COPD were confirmed by expert questionnaire, which will provide the evidence for establishing TCM syndrome factor-based diagnosis criteria of COPD.关键词
