摘要

Abstract

Objective To study the characteristics of static adsorption thermodynamics in the course of macrbporous resin adsorbing paeoniflorin. Methods The influences of different temperature and concentration on macroporous resin static adsorption through the test of static adsorption thermodynamics. The test data were fitting by using Lagergren first-order kinetic equation and Kannan diffusing equation within particle. Results The test data corresponded with Lagergren first-order kinetic equation and Kannan diffusing equation within particle, and jad good correlation. Conclusion Liquid film diffusion and resin diffusion within particle are all the factors of controlling adsorption rate in the course of macroporous resin adsorbing paeoniflorin, and resin diffusion within particle plays a major role. At the first period, with the same concentration of extractive liquid, the adsorption amount is higher under high temperature condition than that under low temperature condition. Before adsorption reaching equilibrium, adsorption rate and amount will increase as concentration increases.
