摘要

Abstract

Spraying feeding powder was produced through adding palygorskite. Ternary boride ceramic coating containing palygorskite was prepared by thermochemical reactive thermal spaying on Q235 steel substrate. The micro-structure of coating was observed, and the wear-resistance performance of coating was tested. The influence of palygorskite on microstructure and wear-resistance of ternary boride ceramic coating was analyzed. The results show that coating become compact and anti-friction because of adding palygorskite. When the adding dosage of palygorskite is 2% of the total aggregate quality, the abrasion resistance of coating has increased 4 times averagely than the coating without palygorskite.
