Abstract
Penetrating steel target process of Tungsten and Copper powder liners perforating bullets was simulated through numerical method of the Ansys/Ls - Dyna software. Tungsten - Copper (20W80Cu) mixed material equation of state parameters were calculated based on the mixture of the superposition principle. Multi - material Arbitrary Lagrangian Eulerian (ALE) algorithm is used to simulate the formation process of the shaped charge jet and penetrating steel target process. The type 89 perforating charges for 45# steel target of perforation depth 153 mm, diameter 9.6mm, is simulated. Compared with the actual situation, the results of numerical simulation are close to experimental results within 5% difference.关键词
