侧限压缩下干燥砂的动态力学性能
Dynamic mechanical properties of dry sand under confined compression
摘要
Abstract
In order to investigate the impact compressive response of confined dry sand, the dynamic compression experiments of dry sand at different high strain rates and different preloads were conducted on the modified split Hopkinson pressure bar(SHPB) with a thin rubber circular plate as a pulse shaper. Quasi-static compressive properties of the sand were obtained with a MTS810 materials test system. The material studied in this research is silica based grain sand, most sand particles are in the diameter range from 150 to 245 μm. The density of the dry sand material is 1. 40 kg/m3 without preload. The results show that the compression response of the dry sand is not sensitive to strain rate, but significantly dependent on the preload.关键词
