两个三角梅品种光合生理特性比较分析

Abstract
Flowers of Bougainvillea＇s main two species of Bougainvillea x buttiana and Bougainvillea glabra were measured by using Li-6400 portable photosynthetic system to understand their photosynthetic physiological characteristics.The results reveal that the daily net photosynthetic rate variations show a single peak curve,the maximum appears at the time of 14：00 a.m.in a day,and the value of daily Pn of Bougainvillea glabra＇s is higher than Bougainvillea x buttiana＇s.There is an outstanding correlation between the Pn and stomata conductance,but the correlation coefficient is lower between Pn and intercellular CO2 concentration.The light response curve shows that their light saturation point is almost the same of 600 μmol light quantum/m2/s,but the maximum Pn is higher,the light compensatory point is lower of Bougainvillea glabra＇s than that of Bougainvillea x buttiana＇s,which indicates that the adaptation ability to lower light surroundings of Bougainvillea x buttiana＇s is a little poorer than Bougainvillea glabra＇s.关键词
