Abstract
For settlement of investment disputes and trade disputes between developed and developing countries there is a clear difference in evaluation and selection.The traditional methods for settlement of investment disputes and trade disputes have political means and legal means,also domestic solutions and international solutions.For a long time,in international investment disputes,the developed countries tend to international settlement;the developing countries tend to domestic settlement.In international trade disputes,the developed countries tend to domestic settlement,the developing countries tend to international settlement.How to select a mutually acceptable dispute settlement mechanism,to create a stable,predictable and effective environment for international investment,there has always been a serious disagreement between the developing and developed countries.关键词
