扶正消瘤汤对乳腺癌术后患者生存质量的影响
Clinical Observation of the Effects on Decoction of Strengthening Body Resistance and Slaking Tumor on Patients after Mammary Cancer Operation
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To observe the effects on quality of life (QOL) improved by the soup of strengthening body resistance and slaking tumor on patients after mammary cancer operation. Method: randomized-controlled, single blinded design was carried out . 212 patients was stochastically divide into two groups. 106 patients was treated by soup of strengthening body resistance and slaking tumor (therapy group ) , as control, 106 patients was treated by Ru' ai Shuhou Recipe (control group) . Before treatment, 90 days after treatment , withdrawal half an year to evaluate the. Change of QOL, QOL was assessed with Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Breast ( version 4.0) which researched by American Center Outcomes Research and Evaluation. Results: except social/ fam ily well-being , both groups can increase other four domains QOL score after treatment 90 days, therapy group improve physical well -being total QOL score better ( P < 0. 05 ) ; Comparing to before therapy, score of QOL still increased after withdrawal half a year ( P < 0. 05) , but the two groups have no difference in QOL score (P >0. 05) . Conclusion: the soup of strengthening body resistance and slaking tumor can improve QOL of breast cancer patients.关键词
