腹针“引气归元”穴组治疗脾虚证的临床研究
Clinical Research on Treatment of Spleen Deficiency Syndrone with Abdominal Acupuncture “Return-qi-to-source” Acupuncture-point-group
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To approach the efficiency of Abdominal Acupuncture " Retum-qi-to-source" Acupuncture-point-group in treating spleen deficiency syndrome. Methods: sixty patients were divided into three groups randomly and evenly, of which Group I was treat with abdominal acupuncture , Group II with body acupuncture , Group M with Sijunzi Decoction. Results; Abdominal Acu puncture " Return-qi-to-source" Acupuncture-point-group improved the main clinical manifestation of the syndrome markedly. The total response rates of three groups were 95% , 82% , and 90% respectively, of which the patients of Group I responded better than Group II (P < 0. 05), and similar to the Group H (P>0. 05) . Abdominal Acupuncture "Return-qi-to-source" Acupuncture-point-group also improved the picture of the tongue, pulse condition, and the average ratio of salivary secretion of the patients of the syndrome. Conclusjon; Abdominal Acupuncture " Return-qi-to-source" Acupuncture-point-group have good therapeutic effects on spleen deficiency syndrome.关键词
