摘要
Abstract
Objective; To investigate the influence of Sansheng Tiao Zhishu pilulas on arterial stiffness index (AASI) in pa tients with hypertension . Methods; 67 patients were divided into two groups randomly. Control group (33 patients) ; the blood pressure was controlled by diuretics, calcium antagonist, p-blockers, angjotensin converting enzyme inhibitors and angiotensin receptor blockers. , and the treated group (34 patients); Sansheng Tiao Zhishu pilulas were used on the basis of control-group's therapy for 3 months. 24-h blood pressure monitoring (24h ABPM) was used before and after the treatments. Results: (1) There was no signifi cant difference in day-time blood pressure before and after the treatments in 24hs between the control group and the treated group, but the night-blood pressure of the the treated group was improved (p < 0. 05) . (2) The AASI decreased by using Sansheng Tiao Zh ishu pilulas in the test group (p < 0.05) . Conclusion; Sansheng Tiao Zhishu pilulas can reduce AASI in patients with hyperten sion, and improve the atherosclerosis.关键词
