Abstract
Objective: The clinical observation of the Chinese medicine external treatment for premature ejaculation. Method: divide the observed participants at random into Chinese medicine treatment group which contains 60 participants, and the western medicine fluoxetine hydrochloride capsule control group which contains SO ones. Identify dialectically the participants of the Chinese medi cine treatment group as several types: dampness-heat of the liver and gallbladder syndrome, hyperactivity of yang due to yin deficiency, kidney-deficiency unconsolidation, deficiency of both heart and spleen. Apply respectively to the participants' umbilicus the paste made from vinegar and the powder of longdan xiegan pills, zhibai dihuang pills, shenqi pills, and guipi pills, meanwhile fumigate and wash the penis and glans daily with the medicine water made by boiling the mixture of cnidium monniri, semen cuscutae, galla cliinen sis, and zanthoxylum bungeanum; On the other hand, the control group participants take fluoxetine hydrochloride capsules containing 20mg after lunch every day . For both groups 4 weeks become a course of treatment, and within three months after two courses of treat ment all the participants take the return visit or receive follow-ups. Results: Both Chinese medicine external treatment and oral adminis tration of fluoxetine hydrochloride capsule can remarkably reduce the symptoms and prolong the ejaculatory latency, and the result of the Chinese medicine group treatment has much great difference from their initial situation ( P <0. 01 ) , while the result of the control group has great difference from their initial situation. The treatment of Chinese medicine group is better than that of the control group ( P <0. 05 ) , and its side affects is less, and easier to be accepted by the patients. Conclusion; Based on the dialectical treatment, Chinese medicine spreading umbilicus and fumigation-immense external treatment is a simple and effective method.关键词
