Study of Ginseng-Mume Decoction Inhibition Gastrointestinal Motility in Mice Based on Sour-sweet Herbs Nourishing Yin
摘要
Abstract
Objective; To study the effects of Cinseng-Mume Decoction inhibition in mice on different functional states of gastro intestinal tract, and provide experimental evidence for clinical treatment. Methods: Use of gastric emptying, small intestine impel in mice, drug induced mice diarrhea model. Vginseng-Mume Decoction can obviously reduce the incidence of the mice diarrhea induced by Folium Sennae and inhibit the movement of gastric empty, the promotion of small intestinal movement. Conclusion; Ginseng-Mume Decoction had anti-diarrhea effects and it can inhibit the gastrointestinal movement.关键词
