葎草的薄层色谱鉴别研究
Thin-Layer Chromatography of Herba Humuli Scandens
摘要
Abstract
Objective; To establish a Thin-Layer Chromatography (TLC) identification method for Humuli Scandens. Method: Using TLC with luteolin as the reference substance. Result: Both luteolin and Humuli Scandens had the same main spot and color on the plate. The Rf value was moderate and the spot was clear by using toluence - ethyl acetate -formic acid (8:2:0. 5) as the developing solvent substances. Conclusion: The method is adaptable and reproducible to identify luteolin of Herba Humuli Scandens, which pro vide a basis for the quality control of Herba Humuli Scandens.关键词
