摘要

Abstract

According to the congestion problem of wireless sensor network, a cross-layer congestion control approach is developed based on the directed diffusion routing protocol. This approach includes local congestion control and global congestion control, which can feedback congestion by ACK and adjust sending rate by cross-layer notification. Simulation experiments show that the proposed approach effectively relieves congestion, reduces the energy consumption of the network and guarantees the packet transmission integrity. Compared to the CODA mechanism, the energy economizes 32.56% ,the fidelity increases for 6%.
