摘要

Abstract

We present a cryogenic photoacoustic spectrometer system with a scanning scope of 300 nm ~ 800 nm and 1 nm resolution in liquid nitrogen temperature is presented. The major features of the system are the light source realized by a high power xenon lamp and monochromator,the optimized design of the acoustic pool,and the double cavity structure. The system has been tested by the measurement of the photoacoustic spectroscopy of carbon black at liquid nitrogen temperature and room temperature respectively. The results indicated that the system has a high sensitive and reliability at crygenic temperature.
