摘要

Abstract

This paper presents the design of set-wired dam safety monitoring system aiming at the low level of intelligence, poor stability, lagged data transmission, and data loss, etc in the traditional monitoring system. The hardware part of this system adopts LPC2368FBD and STC12C5410AD as its main core, which brings such functions as osmotic pressure collection, water level collection, rain collection, temperature measurement, voltage acquisition, data transmission, data treatment and data issuance together. Firstly, the monitoring data is transmitted and sent to the dam' s server by wire or wireless; then transferred data through public network or private-network APN to central database of the dam of the province. Finally, through background processing, the assessment of dam operation state is made and the evaluation results are timely delivered to the appropriate administrative departments of water resources so that they can do for the possible disaster prevention in advance. The software part of the system sends collecting command regularly or at real time and it can control the system for data acquisition. The system has been used for actual dam safety monitoring,and the results show that;the measurement accuracy,reliability,stability,and the experiments in real time of the program all meet the design requirement,with the frequency measurement accuracy of ±1% , the water level measurement accuracy of ±0. 25% , the rainfall measurement accuracy of ±1. 5% , the temperature measurement accuracy of ± 1 % , and the voltage measurement accuracy of ± 1 %.
