Abstract
The regional cultural identity construction will be conducive to the promotion of regional cooperation,discussing the foundation and resistance of the Pan-Yangtze River Delta regional cooperation from the cultural identity perspective is the need of carrying on the region integration development in a deeper level.＂The ownership＂,＂the responsive＂,＂the functionality＂culture identity between Anhui and Yangtze River Delta is the foundation of the Pan-Yangtze River Delta regional cooperation,although long-term imbalance in economic development,administrative benefit identity obstacle,regional culture differences are also the difficult positions which the region culture identity construction aspect faces,which also been the resistance in the Pan-Yangtze River Delta regional cooperation.关键词
