在大学生就业形势日益严峻的情况下,女大学生遭遇的就业歧视和就业难等问题形成了女性就业困境,也引起了社会的普遍关注。解决女大学生就业问题需要动员社会、法律、高校等层面力量,建立保障就业的长效机制,更希望女大学生挖掘自身优势,提升就业力,摆正心态,直面竞争。
