Abstract
Based on the IMO new requirement about shipboard communication and navigation equipment, better safety for the ship seagoing, and new challenge will be attended by manufacture and shipyard. This paper introduces and analysis the rules which be executed or forced to become effective, and it can provided basis for the selection and design in the communication and navigation system.关键词
