摘要

Abstract

There is no signs change when the three-phase four-wire IT system 's neutral line grounding faults. lf there is another line grounded, there will be some short circuit tripping accidents, and it cannot keep the safe running. Aimed at the problems, this paper presents the solution of the insulation monitor technology when the three-phase four-wire IT system occur grounding faults so as to make the system operation continuous and safe. lt proves the truthful and feasibility through analyzing with theory and simulating.
