摘要

Abstract

A mathematical model which can be calculated is obtained by the stress analysis of a rotor system. A finite element model is established by the finite element analysis software-ANSYS. The curve of unbalance response, peak and resonance frequency under different conditions are obtained. The analysis shows that the working speed is lower than the first critical speed, and the rotor shaft is rigid rotor. Unbalance response of the centrifuge is affected by the speed, exciting force and the weight difference of each cylinder. The main purpose of the research on balancing is to solve the non-linear exciting force and the balance of the rotor caused by powder compression. A theoretical reference is provided for the design of new rotor system in future.
