摘要

Abstract

To get rid of the limitation of using physical sensors and actuators to test the product of AMT control unit, an automatic test system is designed and developed based on the control principle of AMT control unit and adopting embedded system development methods. This test system is mainly based on electronic circuit theory, using a variety of electronic components to simulate the signals of various sensors and the response of AMT actuators. The programs in the test system are designed to accomplish automatic detections. A test monitoring software is developed in the environment of LabWindows/CVI to display the results. Experiments show that the test of AMT control unit can be done quickly and automatically with this test system, and the potential problem zones of AMT control unit can be quickly located.
