磁电多铁性复合材料磁电耦合性能有限元分析
Finite Element Analysis of Magnetoelectric Efficiency of Multiferroic Composites
摘要
Abstract
Multiferroic composites,which possess magnetoelectric coupling effects,have recently been one of the main research topics for their applications in random access memories,sensors,etc.Finite element method was used to study the magnetoelectric coupling efficiency of layered multiferroic composites in various conditions.Effects of boundary conditions,size,thickness and Young's modulus of adhesive on the magnetoelectric coupling efficiency were investigated.Results show that fixed upper and lower boundary condition,larger aspect ratio,higher ferroelectrics proportion,smaller adhesive thickness and larger Young's modulus can enhance the magnetoelectric coupling efficiency.关键词
